Comments about Omix-Ada Factory Console Drink Holder:

Holds standard size soda cans but not most travel coffee cups. Very shallow compartments for travel beverages. Rear view mirror hole not punched out so cannot adjust mirrors if mounted to console. Left mounting screws off for that reason and works OK that way.

Comments about Omix-Ada Factory Console Drink Holder:

My son's biggest complaint about his '85 Jeep Wagoneer was that it didn't have cup holders. This took care of his complaints, and it looks pretty good!

              Hello!
No, the type of transmission does not matter with this drink holder. The shifter location is the same for both types, and neither will interfere with the cup holder.

How easy is this to install and does anyone have personal experience with this product? If so, is it worth it?

Several of the Cherokee and Comanche guys here at 4WD have used this product before, and they can all say it is better than nothing at all. The only issues we've seen is that larger drinks from fast food places don't fit all that well. Standard 12 ounce cans fit perfectly!
