Overview

This is the GenRight "Pre Runner" style rear tire carrier for Jeeps. It was developed for pre-running in last years King of the Hammers in the GenRight Jeep.In line with GenRight's other high quality products, this rear tire carrier allows you to safely carry a large tire (37"+) in the rear cargo area of a Jeep. This tube style tire carrier is made with Heavy Duty 1-1/2" diameter x .120" wall steel tubing. A slip joint has been added to allow it to fit a variety of 1-3/4" cages, even if they were not welded square! The result is a cutting edge quick release style tire carrier that fits in the rear of the vehicle for better weight transfer forward and the best possible departure angle. This is also a great rattle free way to hold a 35” to 42" spare tire that will not rip apart the back of your Jeep! Combine that with easy access by one person to change up to a 42" tire and you have a perfect choice for a trail rig with big tires.
