The HighRock 4X4™ by Bestop Rear Bumper features a high-access, rock crawler design for greater off-road clearance. Conventional, yet stylish, this heavy-duty bumper is constructed with an E-Coat undercoating and black powder coat finish for added protection. Includes a class 2.5 receiver hitch that accepts many popular 2" hitch mount accessories. (Warning: Do not exceed vehicle manufacturer's recommended towing capacity.) 4,000 lb. towing weight and 400 lb. tongue weight capacity. No drill application.       Hello Pat,
      The departure roller on the Bestop HighRock 4x4 Rear 2" Receiver Hitch Bumper in Black allows the use of their roller. This roller is a wheel that makes contact with high departure angles as the Jeep rolls off of the obsticle. Instead of the bumper contacting the ground and damaging the bumper the roller does.
