Overview

Blue Torch 1/4 elliptic shackles were designed on state of the art CAD software just like the billet steel shackles. The design was developed for extreme articulation. The design limits the amount of torsion stress on the spring. Which means longer spring life. The shackles are high definition CNC laser cut from P&O steel plate. Then formed on a press brake. The standard shackle we are offering has 3" inside measurement to accommodate a 2.5 spring. Because the shackles can be used for traction bars they are sold seperately. Rod ends are not included.
